By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the purchase, fulfillment, and delivery of products offered by Latent Images under the Sad Rich Girl Press imprint.

1. Product Description

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or materials may occur due to printing and manufacturing processes. We do not guarantee that your screen’s display of any product will be accurate.

2. Pre-Orders and Fulfillment

Pre-ordered books will be fulfilled and shipped according to the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. All shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change without notice due to manufacturing or carrier delays.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon transfer to the carrier.

Books may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections due to handling during shipping. These do not constitute a defective product. Latent Images and Sad Rich Girl Press are not liable for any damage incurred during transit.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept refund requests only within 14 days of purchase, provided the book has not yet shipped.

   •    Include your order number and reason for the request

If the book has already shipped, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. We do not accept returns of physical books under any circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latent Images and Sad Rich Girl Press disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
